Briatico, which counts about 4,000 inhabitants, is both a seaside resort and a fishing village. Above all during low season it is an idyllic place where you can spend relaxing holidays à la calabrese. The area around holiday apartment Attico sul Mare near the Saracen tower and the fishing harbor makes it easy to give in to sweet idleness and to enjoy romantic walks along the seashore.

In summer, Briatico is frequented by and popular with locals and tourists for its turquoise colored sea and gently sloping sandy beach.

Your penthouse in Calabria

Attico sul Mare is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family home on fenced premises. On the 1st floor lies Gocce di Mare, a holiday apartment which belongs to the same owner and which has been in our offer for several years now.

As we have been getting along excellently with the owner, we have gladly accepted to include Attico sul Mare in our offer of holiday accommodations. 

The apartment accommodates up to four persons. With two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (WC/bidet/shower; WC/bidet/bathtub with whirl system) it is a perfect accommodation for two couples. Friends traveling together or families are sure to feel at ease there, too.

The live-and-eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, capsule coffee machine and Italian moka pot, electric kettle, dishwasher) with seating accommodation and SAT-TV offers access of the spacious terrace.

Furnishing of the apartment also includes air conditioning with heating system (extra charge for use) in all the rooms and washing machine.

Step out onto the roof terrace and – simply enjoy it! Your outdoor living room offers a breathtaking view of the sea and is furnished with comfortable rattan seating, sunshade and grill.

Parking: Parking is available on the fenced premises.

Surroundings

Small Briatico offers shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. The public sandy beach is about 400 m from Attico sul Mare.

Restaurant "La Torretta" is about 400 m, a supermarket and the center of Briatico are 1.5 km from the holiday apartment.

The famous cliff-top town of Tropea is only 15 km off. Pizzo (26 km) is also worth stopping by – you might have heard of its delicious ice cream specialty Tartufo.  

Nearest train station: Zambrone.
