Villa Iole - Holiday home at Joppolo

The blue of the sea and the yellow of the sun are reflected in the colors of holiday home Villa Iole, which is located at Marina di Joppolo in the southern foothills of Capo Vaticano and, a delight for all those who love the tirreno, only ca. 100 m from the sea (stony beach).
On the green, slightly inclining slope, there are only a few scattered houses.

The terrace door and the entrance at the back of the house open into the spacious and tastefully furnished living-dining room with cozy sofas, TV and a modern kitchen unit, which is separated from the living-dining area by a counter.

Villa Iole has got two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and one bathroom (shower/bidet/WC).

At the end of a day in the most beautiful part of Calabria, you can make yourself comfortable inside, maybe even watch TV for a while, unless you prefer to let the day fade away in the outdoor area of the holiday home. 

Outdoor area of Villa Iole

From the large, furnished and partly roofed terrace you have got a view of the sea and on clear days even of the Aeolian Islands and as far as the Strait of Messina. The smaller terrace, which faces away from the sea, may be your choice if you prefer to withdraw for a while. Children can play in the garden of the villa.

The outdoor shower is very convenient when returning from a day at the beach or for cooling off in between.

Parking is available on the fenced property of Villa Iole.
